Se nota muchísimo cuando alguien disfruta de su trabajo y quiere transmitirlo, y eso hizo que la excursión fuera todavía más interesante. Tulum, Cobá y terminar nadando con tortugas fue una combinación espectacular.🌿 Ek Balam + Cenote Spazi-HaDe nuevo con Manuel y Cornelio, y probablemente la excursión que más nos sorprendió. Ek Balam nos pareció fascinante y Spazi-Ha fue una auténtica joya. Tuvimos la suerte de disfrutar prácticamente solos del cenote y conocer a Vicente y todo su equipo, que nos hicieron sentir como invitados. Una experiencia íntima, auténtica y difícil de olvidar. We got up very early, but it was totally worth it: we were able to visit Chichén Itzá before the large crowds arrived. Manuel shared his passion and knowledge with us, and Walter looked after us at all times. Cenotes, local food, and a walk through Valladolid completed a beautiful day. 🐢 Tulum + Cobá + Akumal With Rolando and Lorenzo. Rolando's company was exceptional. You can really tell when someone enjoys their work and wants to share it, and that made the excursion even more interesting. Tulum, Cobá, and finishing by swimming with turtles was a spectacular combination. 🌿 Ek Balam + Cenote Spazi-Ha Once again with Manuel and Cornelio, and probably the excursion that surprised us the most. We found Ek Balam fascinating and Spazi-Ha was a true gem. We were lucky enough to enjoy the cenote practically alone and meet Vicente and his entire team, who made us feel like guests. An intimate, authentic experience that is hard to forget. We especially recommend it. 🏝️ Isla Contoy + Isla Mujeres With Fernando and our driver, who was always attentive and looking out for us. The experience with Ocean Tour was fantastic: snacks, soft drinks, good service, and a lovely crew. And Contoy… simply magical. A small paradise with crystal-clear waters where you truly disconnect. First of all, I say that my trust in you is received from a friend, which is what I will do with people who request a place of trust but with details. We hire 3 excursions from Catalonia (Spain). The whatsapp Service that is used to make excursions happen works, but it should not be forgotten that on holiday thousands of miles from home, one of the things you most want to do is disconnect from the phones. The first excursion was a gift, an excursion in a vehicle alone with the guide, we were married to 8 year old boy. Of course, the day before they tried to change our dates, they never told us the reason, but having everything closed with other activities, they had no choice but to make the excursion. It was the visit to Chichen Itza and Ek Balam with a visit to two cenotes. Enrique was our private guide, proving a wonderful experience as his cultural level, knowledge and good treatment, turned an excursion into a delight of experience. The popcorn cenote we loved, magical place and very little known so we could enjoy a magical tranquility. The second excursion was Tulum and Cobá with swimming with turtles. Here we share Van with more families, in total about 13 people. It was also a good experience. Enrique was again our guide. The experience with the turtles is fine, but we came from swimming with 5 turtles at a time on the beach of the hotel and the truth is that we expected much more. And here comes the NOT so positive part. Excursion Si'an Kaan de luxe. This is what it says on the Exotic website and it is the one we hired. I searched before typing the translation of the term "de luxe" into various browsers and web pages. In all I come to the same conclusion "of luxury" or "of superior quality". Well, no. It is true that they subcontract the excursion, but it is also true that the title that hits them the most is "hacking". The boats they use are not as safe as you can imagine, observe the patches on the seats. The guide, his vest read "Don Quixote", left so much to wish that I still dislike hearing his name Gabriel today. He didn't give us much beneficial information. In the activities he went with the non-Spanish groups, who are usually the source of better tips, in fact, with us he made a boat leg and immediately went to the boat of the group of French and Dutch. The rest of the day we saw him at lunchtime and when it came to asking for tips for the driver who then stayed mostly himself. The excursion could be very well, with a good guide, with boats with more sense of security and with more proactivity, they would make us happy. More attentive and helpful were the locals who drove the boats, who also acted as guides on the snorkeling through the reef. In fact we were reassured by the sight of a cat shark that was quiet on the reef below us, we were told that they called it "cat" and that everything was fine. Gabriel didn’t even come to check the situation, in fact he didn’t contribute anything in the reef swim, maybe he wasn’t in a position to put his head under the water. The rest of the day was in a hurry and more hurry, all express, in fact at four-thirty in the afternoon we were in the hotel pool, which had never happened to us in the several times we have been in Mexico doing excursions. It is a pity to go from a wonderful situation, to one that is almost, and end the holiday with this bad taste in your mouth. My recommendation is that the excursions that he manages and performs 100% Exotic, you take them, they know what they do and how to do it. Enrique and Pajarito are two very good guides. The means, the right ones. But outsourced, we give in stone, but painful stone. By the way, on the return transport from Si'an Kaan we had the dramatic experience of a driver who was headbutting and closing his eyes for seconds, as the roads are straight. All that at 110 kilometres an hour. We had minutes of nerves and moments of fear for the safety of the family and the child. In the end we were alone in the van being the last group to leave, the situation was unsustainable, thinking about getting out of the van and looking for how to get to the hotel. We made the simplest and most common sense decision, to talk to the driver, who was just very tired. The conversation became enjoyable and enjoyable, knowing interesting things and details of his work, which made him stabilised and finish the trip safely and quietly. These details can destroy a vacation and lead to dangerous situations that should be avoided.

Amazing experience!! We hired three excursions, Chichen Itza - Ek Balam + two cenotes, Holbox and the two islands and Tulum - Coba and swim with turtles in Akumal. Attentive at all times, they organized our days to enjoy them to the fullest. The groups are small and the departures very early, so we allowed to visit everything practically alone. Pajarito and Angelo, our guides, great professionals, introduced us to Mayan culture and were attentive at all times. Special mention is also made of Luis and Carlos, our drivers. We did 3 excursions (Coba and Tulum, Chitchen Itzá, Ek Balam and Palomitas cenote, Holbox and 2 islands) in small vans with between 5 and 8 people, which made the visits very comfortable and agile, the guide Rolando excellent in his explanations and the driver Luis also guided us in Holbox telling us numerous details about Mexico. We left early and always arrived first to the places we visited. The rarely visited and very authentic cenotes! The WhatsApp communication always punctual and detailed.

The first day we took an excursion to Chichén, ek Balam, Cenote salam and cenote palomitas. Very good driver Luis and a perfect and comfortable VAN for long excursions of this type, with air, mobile charger, etc. Guide Luis Salazar alias "pajarito" great knowledgeable and very attentive in everything. It is obvious that he likes his profession. Excellent punctuality on both days of the tour with them. The second day we went to Tulum Cobá and bathed with turtles in Akumal also with Luis as a driver and as a guide we had Rolando, also an expert on the subject and a real coconut. The departure time is early, which is advantageous so as not to see the tourist spots full of people and it is appreciated because the return to the hotel is earlier. Comparing opinions of other people from other excursions and comparing with another excursion that we did with another company, I have no doubt that EXOTIKMAYAN must be in the TOP. Recommended 100x100 Both Toni, Vanessa and Oli give you very good information and good treatment with the excursions. We had an excursion contracted with them but they outsourced it to another company and in the end we could not do it for a major reason and we notified just in time and Toni took care of everything. We have done the tour of Chichén Itzá, Ek Balam, Palomitas and Saamal cenotes and the experience has been a 10! From the first moment we reserved the office, he was attentive, informing us of everything and willing to answer questions. On the day of the tour they were super punctual and both Rolando (guide) and Luis (driver) were super welcoming from the moment we met. Rolando shared a lot of information and we learned a lot. We were also a small group, just two couples, which made the experience more personalized and easy to navigate. Even though it was very hot, they give you unlimited water and Luis made sure the car was very well heated when we arrived. Thank you very much to all! I hope to repeat soon!

Essential excursion in Riviera Maya, we left very early since we had almost 2 hours of travel ahead of us, Jocelyn, our guide, enlivened the trip by telling us and explaining many curiosities about the Mayan culture as well as what we were going to see. Our first stop was in Chitchen Itzá, “spectacular” must be seen. From there we went to eat at a Mexican hacienda to regain strength. After eating, on the same hacienda, we saw the Saamal cenote. From there to Ek Balam, another archaeological zone that in my opinion has nothing much to envy of Chitchen Itzá, you can climb a large building, at the time for administrative purposes, with a large pyramid-type staircase, impressive. And the refreshing moment of the day arrived when we went to the Palomitas cenote where we could take a fantastic swim. Throughout the excursion they offered us cold water, soft drinks and cookies. Tour Chichen Itzá, Ek Balam and Cenote Palomitas with food at a Mexican hacienda and visit Saamal cenote. The driver Luis and the guide Rolando are sensational. Very attentive to the group. They took us everywhere very well. The guide explained many interesting things to us during the bus ride about the Mayan culture as well as the places we visited. We ate very well. He recommended the lime soup, which the whole group tried despite the heat. It was very good. Ek Balam is a highly recommended place and it was sensational to end the day bathing in the Palomitas cenote. It is a closed but beautiful Cenote and the water is great. Luis left each of us at the hotel very punctual. He is a very professional and very nice driver. Throughout the journey you have some cookies in the morning, all the water you want and a Coca Cola. They are very attentive to the group at all times. Thanks to Luis and Rolando for the day we had!!

We took the Chichen Itzá, cenotes and Ek Balam excursion with them and we loved it, our guide was Moisés and the driver Luis, both very helpful and attentive. At all times concerned that we were well and very friendly. Also, we did the Tulum route, a wonderful cenote route and swimming with turtles. We had the pleasure of Luis being our driver again and a real luxury, he stopped on several occasions to buy things and gave us some local fruit to try, excellent service.
