The excursion to Xcaret Park is one of the most requested by travelers coming to Riviera Maya because of all that can be discovered in this impressive park. Xcaret Park is one of the most spectacular parks in the area and offers more than 40 different activities for an incredible day. Flora, fauna, adventure and culture are intermingled to spend an incredible day as a couple, friends or family.
In this natural park you can immerse yourself in subway rivers of fresh and crystal clear waters that flow into the sea, next to mangrove swamps where flamingos live.

Our excursion agency is known for leaving very early in the morning to be the first to arrive at the archaeological sites.
Early in the morning there are hardly any people and it is much less hot, so arriving early you will certainly be able to take the best pictures of the day. You will notice that when we leave the ruins a lot of people start to enter.
In Spain the exchange rate from euro to Mexican peso is usually very low, both in banks and at the airport exchange houses. The best place to find it is in Playa del Carmen on Quinta Avenida. In the hotels you will also be able to change money and the exchange rate will be a little lower than in Playa del Carmen. If you are planning to go to Playa del Carmen you can take advantage of it. If you are not going to change much, it is not really worth going specifically to change, you can do it at the hotel.
The Riviera Maya is Mexico’s tourist destination par excellence and a major destination for tourists from all over the world, which is why maintaining tourist safety in this state is fundamental for the government.
Our advice is that you can move around the Riviera Maya with total tranquility, always taking the same precautions as in any other place (go through the tourist areas and do not go into the suburbs, at night go accompanied…). It is a place to enjoy it to the maximum with total tranquility!
It depends on where you use it. If it is in the hotel or in prestigious establishments, there should not be any inconvenience. It is true that there is a lot of card cloning fraud in small establishments in Playa del Carmen.
Of course it is! All our excursions are insured for accidents in the vehicles as well as during the excursions.
All our clients, from the moment they get into our vehicles until they return to their hotel, are covered with insurance that covers major medical expenses and accidental death.
Unfortunately for the image of Mexico, we often find that several tour operator representatives take advantage of the meetings at the hotels to scare the clients by telling them not to contract with anyone, that the tour companies outside the hotel do not have insurance, that if they have any problems they will be left stranded, and a long etcetera…
We are not the only ones saying it, you can see many people commenting their experience in the Travel Forums. Their only interest is to discredit other agencies so that they will contract with them, it is obvious that with such an important matter for our company we must be forewarned.
If you hire the excursions with us and you are European, it is certainly convenient to pay in euros, so you will not be charged any commission when changing, it does not make sense to change to another currency when you can pay in euros directly. In the Riviera Maya, pesos or U.S. dollars are normally accepted almost everywhere.
We recommend you to change a few euros to pesos in the Riviera Maya to buy some detail, cab, take a drink, tips…
Regarding biodegradable products (sunscreens and mosquito repellents), it is very difficult to find them in Spain. They can be purchased here in Playa del Carmen and in most hotels. If you can’t use any of them, before entering the cenotes, take a shower to remove all the chemicals and reapply it on the way out.
In parks like Xel ha and Xcaret they are very strict in this matter and it has to be biodegradable and organic, they sell it themselves in the parks.
To book our excursions you don’t have to pay anything in advance. Excursions are paid in cash on the day of the excursion. In the case of hiring a pack of 3 excursions in Mexico, the pack is paid on the first day or each day the excursion of the same day is paid and the discount of the pack would be applied on the third excursion.
Payment can be in euros, dollars or pesos on the same day of each excursion. We also have the option of Paypal with a 4% surcharge or by wire transfer to a Mexican account. Payment by credit card would only be possible on the day of the excursion and depending on the excursion, there would be a 4% surcharge.
The plugs in the Riviera Maya as in all of Mexico are the same as in the United States, with 2 flat plugs and 110v voltage.
You will need to bring an adapter for your electrical devices, you can buy it at Media Markt for example. If not in Playa del Carmen you can usually find them in the hotels or in the Steren store (Centro Comercial las Américas).
