Is it because the trips are short and we can make the most of the 3 sites to be visited? For this and much more we invite you to get to know and enjoy this excursion to the fullest on your next visit to the Riviera Maya.
In our new excursion we will start visiting the ruins of Tulum early in order to arrive just at the opening time of the archaeological zone of the Riviera Maya and thus have the great advantage of enjoying the beautiful ruins of Tulum without crowds as we will be the first to arrive at this Mayan city. We will visit the ruins with our certified archaeological guide who will give us complete information about the first Mayan city discovered by the Spanish conquistadors in the 16th century, and the only walled city built on the shores of the Caribbean Sea; you will undoubtedly be impressed by the beauty of the ruins of Tulum, whose gray stone constructions stand like lookouts over the turquoise Caribbean waters.
There are many cenotes in the Riviera Maya, but we are sure that the Xtun cenote will leave you with your mouth open. With lamps we will visit the subway cenote full of stalactites and stalagmites, we will have time to swim in its crystalline waters. After the swim we will have some delicious empanadas prepared on the spot by local people accompanied by natural flavored waters.
After a refreshing swim in the cenote we will head to Akumal Bay. Very few companies are the ones that have permits to swim with turtles in Akumal Bay, besides we will have a guide swimming with us for every 6 people to guarantee an excellent experience. Unlike other companies that swim in the limited snorkel circuits where in many occasions they do not see turtles, with Exotik Mayan Tours we will reach the turtle area by boat making the experience much more comfortable (1 minute by boat), we will be privileged! We will also swim in the coral reef and we will be able to see manta rays and beautiful tropical fish. We will provide you with all the necessary equipment (vest, goggles and disposable snorkel) to make it an unforgettable day! We also have showers, lockers and changing rooms for your comfort. If for whatever reason someone in the group does not want to swim, they can wait on the beautiful beach of Akumal Bay full of coconut trees or in one of its restaurants on the seashore and we will deduct 20 euros from the price of the excursion.

CANCELLATIONS
If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to departure, there will be no penalty.
If it occurs in a shorter period, there will be a penalty of 50% of the excursion amount, since it would be very difficult for us to make up for these places and we would have to bear the costs related to transportation, guide and reservation of certain places on the excursions.

The procedure is as follows:
Our excursion agency is known for leaving very early in the morning to be the first to arrive at the archaeological sites.
Early in the morning there are hardly any people and it is much less hot, so arriving early you will certainly be able to take the best pictures of the day. You will notice that when we leave the ruins a lot of people start to enter.
In Spain the exchange rate from euro to Mexican peso is usually very low, both in banks and at the airport exchange houses. The best place to find it is in Playa del Carmen on Quinta Avenida. In the hotels you will also be able to change money and the exchange rate will be a little lower than in Playa del Carmen. If you are planning to go to Playa del Carmen you can take advantage of it. If you are not going to change much, it is not really worth going specifically to change, you can do it at the hotel.
The Riviera Maya is Mexico’s tourist destination par excellence and a major destination for tourists from all over the world, which is why maintaining tourist safety in this state is fundamental for the government.
Our advice is that you can move around the Riviera Maya with total tranquility, always taking the same precautions as in any other place (go through the tourist areas and do not go into the suburbs, at night go accompanied…). It is a place to enjoy it to the maximum with total tranquility!
It depends on where you use it. If it is in the hotel or in prestigious establishments, there should not be any inconvenience. It is true that there is a lot of card cloning fraud in small establishments in Playa del Carmen.
